All of Sequoia’s Soy Candles are made with a blend of natural soywax and beeswax which they blend themselves.

Size/Weight: 60hr / 30hr / 15hr
Directions: Burn a maximum of 1 to 2 hours at a time, to get the most from your candle. Always burn your candle on a heat proof surface. Keep the wick trimmed to 1/4" to prevent wick from mushrooming which may cause sooting or container becoming too hot. Never burn your candle all the way to the bottom to avoid the container from getting too hot. Your candle should naturally extinguish when there is 1/4" wax left.
Jingle Dress:
· Inspiration: This candle is inspired by the Jingle Dress Dance, which originally began as a "healing dance" and can be seen at many powwows across North America. To read up a little on the history and see some videos, click here.
· Details: This candle is a sweet and soft mix of raspberry, red currant, tulip, freesia, heliotrope, rose, cashmere musk, vanilla, and amber. This is a complex mix with just a hint of perfume undertones. Very different than all of our other candles.
· Ingredients: Soywax, Beeswax, Fragrance Oil, Rose Petals
Three Sisters:
· Inspiration: Corn, Beans and Squash are known as the Three Sisters in Haudenosaunee culture as staples of our diet for generations. Pumpkin is part of the Squash family.
· Details: Perfect for fall. Pumpkin pie notes are dominant in this candle, with a heavy dash of cinnamon. If you are a fan of pumpkin pie, this candle is for you. Don't be fooled by the name, men love this one too. Topped with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
· Ingredients: Soywax, Beeswax, Fragrance Oil, Cinnamon
Sweetgrass:
· Inspiration: Inspired by one of the four Sacred Medicines in Indigenous culture. Check out the video for uses of Sweetgrass.
· Details: A complex, fresh, grassy fragrance with a bit of a sweet note. There is something irresistible with anything sweetgrass. Loved by both men and women. Topped with handpicked Sweetgrass.

Red Clover:
· Inspiration: Our inspiration can be seen in a video on the Sequoia website as Kahnawake's Skanaiea Deer takes us on a Medicine Walk and describes how Red Clover is used as a natural medicine.
· Details: Remember all those wonderful afternoons sitting with your favorite elder, sipping herbal tea and listening to all those wonderful old stories handed down from generation to generation? The scent of this wonderful candle reminds us of those timeless moments. Our Red Clover soap has a delicious herbal tea scent, delicately sweet with notes of fruit. It's unique and wonderful.

Skywoman:
· Inspiration: In Haudenosaunee culture, the story of Earth's creation is that of a woman who fell from SkyWorld, who became known as Skywoman. The planet was just an endless sea. She descended onto a giant turtle's back aided by birds. Using a small bit of mud from the bottom of the sea, she sang and danced until a great land had been created that she called Turtle Island.
· Details: Our custom blended scent of our Skywoman Candle is mystical and wonderous. The citrus-like background comes through under the sweetness of fruits, elegant softness of beautiful flowers, and finished off with a slight ocean spray touching the air.

Blackberry Sage:
· Inspiration: Sage is one of the Four Sacred Medicines in Indigenous Culture. Sequoia wanted to sweeten up that Sage scent and that's just what this is. Blackberry Sage is one of our Signature Scents.
· Details: The fresh lovely smell of sage has just a touch of sweet blackberries mixed in. This is also amazing in soap and bathbomb as well. This candle is topped with crushed sage.
